Full Job Description
Other responsibilities will include undertaking inspections, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management., You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts are generally 6am - 4.30pm, working 16x 10-hour shifts per period and 1x 11.30am - 10pm shift per period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis. During the late shift you will be required to be 'on call' for any issues that may arise during out of hours working.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will regularly come into contact with both colleagues and guests. Trade experience is essential as technical knowledge will be required.,
- Previous trade experience is required i.e. electrical or mechanical as you will also carry out maintenance duties connected with other trades
- Full driving licence
- NFQ Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft - Plumbing, Pipefitting or demonstrable equivalent (i.e. National Craft Certificate)
