Full Job Description
As an Advanced Practitioner for English, you will work across our college campuses to raise standards in teaching, learning, and assessment. Working closely with Heads of Department and Curriculum Area Leads, you will drive quality improvement and inspire a culture of high expectations and professional collaboration. Your leadership will help ensure our learners are supported by a robust and engaging curriculum that meets their needs and prepares them for future success. You will spend the majority of your time working directly with teaching staff - modelling outstanding practice, delivering CPD, leading masterclasses, and coaching colleagues to improve pedagogy and practice. The role includes a small teaching commitment, ensuring you remain grounded in classroom delivery while leading wider improvement.
