Full Job Description
To plan, deliver and assess learners' knowledge and understanding. To provide academic support to a group of learners to ensure success in their learning. Create outstanding content to support the learner journey.
Are you an experienced early years practitioner or primary school teacher wanting to share your knowledge and expertise with the next generation? If you would like a new challenge this could be the role for you. You will hold a relevant level 5 qualification alongside recent industry experience within a childcare or primary school setting. You would be working within a lively and forward-thinking directorate who will work together to support you on your journey. What skills are we looking for: A multitasker - you must be able to work on a variety of tasks in a flexible manner. A creative thinker - you will have the freedom to bring innovations and new ideas to the directorate. A completer - you will take responsibility for a group of learners to ensure a timely completion of the skills requirements whilst in a work placement.
The pay range we are offering is Unqualified £13,109-£14,743 Qualified £15,186-£19,801 Annual leave of 40 days, plus bank holidays and up to 5 additional closure days Access to Teacher pension scheme with Employer Pension contribution of 28.6% We offer great staff development opportunities Family friendly policies and procedures Equality, diversity, and inclusion are integral to everything that we do.
