We are an inclusive employer and our current team of LSAs are from different backgrounds, experiences, both male and female of wide age range. We have a flexible approach to working hours, to fit in with other commitments you may have.
Looking for progression – not a problem. After completing our training, we can support you into a variety of roles within the department and college, just ask at interview.
We would like to hear from even if you don’t have experience but would like to make a difference through additional learning support.
We can arrange for you to come and talk to us to find out more, as well as guide you to what we are looking for in a person and application to get to interview and work for us.
When you join the college, we give training to allow you to progress. Applicants for Tier 4 positions must have or be willing to undertake the Level 2 Certificate in Learning Support or equivalent programme within 2 years, where we provide the training.
