Days of Work: Variable Shift Rota Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Workforce Planning - Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness
Staff Welfare - Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field
Incident Reporting - Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary
Data Management - Collating and processing staffing data, as required

Must have Right to Work in the UK
SIA licensed essential.
To be Proactive, responsible, reliable and capable of leading a team of employees.
Able to interact and influence front line colleagues and management team to ensure all contractual requirements are fulfilled
Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
