At Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS) we are on an exciting journey and are looking for an experienced Campaign Operations Manager to join our Digital & Direct team. The job holder will be responsible for planning, pricing, build and execution of finance, leasing and aftersales campaigns across new and used vehicles. We are looking for an energetic people manager with a hands-on approach to support the team in increasing volumes and margins to drive commercial performance. The Campaign Operations Manager will need to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and on time and appropriate levels of monitoring and quality controls are in place to minimise the risk of commercial losses and regulatory infringements from build errors. What you will be responsible for…

• Developing, coaching, engaging with, motivating and managing the Assistant Campaign Development Manager (ACDM) and Campaign Product Executive (CPE) teams so they perform at their best, role modelling effective people management and enabling a positive and inclusive culture.
• Manage and support end to end campaign planning, pricing, build and implementation processes through oversight of the Assistant Campaign Development Manager (ACDM) and Campaign Product Executive (CPE) teams to ensure campaigns are:
+ Priced accurately ensuring internal margin and return on equity requirements are met + Signed off with the required level of approval + Brought to market on time + Right first time + Clearly and accurately communicated to key stakeholders (sales and brand colleagues and the dealer network).
• Manage working relationships with Volkswagen Group (VWG) Brand stakeholders, for example Tactical Planning Managers and Used Vehicle Development managers to ensure pricing briefs are clear and accurate taking into consideration good customer as well as commercial outcomes.
• Manage business relationships with VWFS UK stakeholders (e.g. Brand Management, Sales, Controlling and Asset Risk) to ensure each element required in the campaign build process is available when required e.g. residual value data, pricing models, campaign briefs etc.
• Ensure documented processes and procedures are accurate and up to date and that the team are always working within the scope of those processes and procedures.
• Incorporate effective quality controls within campaign build processes to minimise the risk of build errors. Where errors are identified, investigate root causes, inform all relevant stakeholders and take action to resolve.
• In collaboration with the Campaign Operations Manager and Product Owner, establish work packages to support continuous process improvements.
  
  Ability to adapt and prioritise to changing demands and requirements to meet business requirements.
• Proven track record in utilising problem-solving skills to see a problem through to a proposal and then resolution.
• Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen.
• Experience of being able to analyse data and turn data into actionable insight to inform decision making
• Proven ability to produce accurate work within a fast-paced and demanding environment through a team of direct reports
• Focussed and committed with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to influence decision making across stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and verbal formats to various levels including Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level if required.
• Ability to constructively challenge existing processes and make improvements.
• Ability to lead and manage a dynamic, high performing team.
