Full Job Description
- Support athletes to progress into the GB World Class Performance Programme (WCPP).
- Provide high-quality technical coaching to help athletes achieve success at national and international levels.
- Collaborate with Home Nations, club coaches, and the Performance Pathway & Operations Director fostering a culture of high performance and building a unified and effective talent pipeline.
- Monitor and analyse athlete performance data to guide development.
- Act as a key point of contact for coaches, athletes, and stakeholders, representing British Judo at national and international events.
- Ensure all coaching and programme activities comply with British Judo's safeguarding, health & safety, and anti-doping policies.
