Full Job Description
We're looking for a HR Shared Services Adviser to join the Colleague Contact team within our wider Co-op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high-quality, reliable and cost-effective business services across our Co-op. You'll play a key role in helping CBS to support and realise our group vision of 'co-operating to build more value for member-owners every day'. You'll provide high-quality telephone, administrative and systems support to all colleagues throughout the Co-op, as well as our external customers. This is a fast-paced and varied role, and if you have the administrative ability and natural people skills that we need, then we can offer you the chance to build your profile and develop a career within HR, whilst gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of business areas in our Co-op. What you'll do
- Respond to queries and deal with requests professionally and sensitively
- Provide a high-quality telephony and administrative support to our colleagues
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners across the CBS and the wider business
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and streamline ways of working
- Work to ensure we meet our key performance indicators as a team and individually, as well as supporting the wider Colleague Contact function
- Gain support and mentorship from experienced colleagues within the team and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
Great organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Good level of IT skills using a variety of different systems, with the ability to confidently use programmes in the Microsoft Office suite
- A desire to develop a career within human resources
