Full Job Description

As an HR Assistant at Hoople, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality HR support to managers and employees. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employee records are up to date, assisting with contract amendments, and supporting key HR processes. Your contribution will help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Generating contract amendment letters
  • Investigating and resolving employee queries regarding contracts
  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in our HR/Payroll system
  • Providing first-line support on HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with HR projects and process improvements
  • Producing workforce data reports for management
  • Supporting job evaluations and ensuring accurate payroll processing
