Full Job Description
Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for a Global Platform Analyst - New Models to support the development, evaluation, and implementation of new business models within our platform ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, assessing capabilities of both new and existing platforms & tools, defining workflows, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of solutions across multiple regions. As part of a globally connected team, this position requires strong problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and a strategic mindset to navigate an evolving and less structured environment. The analyst will play a critical role in facilitating collaboration between internal teams, managing platform integration efforts, and ensuring that regional teams are aligned in their approach to new models. What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- Research, evaluate, and recommend both new and existing platforms that support Arrows new business models.
- Conduct platform assessments, coordinate demos, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Define and structure workflows for new models, ensuring scalability and consistency across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business needs and operational processes.
- Act as a central point of contact for global teams, ensuring clear communication and standardization.
- Oversee project management efforts related to the implementation of new platforms and processes.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Gather feedback from teams to refine strategies and improve platform efficiency.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience in platform analysis, business operations, or digital transformation roles.
- Experience working in a global or cross-regional capacity is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS models, and digital ecosystems.
- Understanding of business- and/or services-processes and workflows.
- Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating tools, data insights, and performance tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive structured solutions.
- Business fluency in English language.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) will be a huge asset.

This is a Full time position. - Working hours: Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30 with 1h for lunch. You will need to be flexible at busy periods and willing to work over the standard working hours if required.
