Take the lead on the full spectrum of TM matters, working for a variety of clients
Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team
Drive client and BD activity

Have several years post qualified trade mark attorney experience
Experience leading on a full range of trade mark matters including: opposition work, trade mark clearance, filing and prosecution, dispute resolution, portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement
Evidence of continuing professional development
Experience managing and developing more junior members of the team
Be client focussed and have proven relationship building ability
Confident presenting both to external clients as well as internally
