Full Job Description
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be supporting the management team by ensuring a great guest experience is had and given by the Food and Beverage team whilst working within the Food and Beverage department carrying out general day to day duties also!,
- Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager
- Delivering great guest service and food quality
- Leading and engaging the team
- Inspiring, developing and motivating team members
- Opening and closing of all units
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to
Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality - Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
- Are able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
- Have reliable transportation - due to the location of the site
- Experience in a similar role - supervisor/team leader level
