We have a fantastic, new opportunity for a Warehouse Systems Coordinator to join our Princes Gate production facility in Pembrokeshire. A day in the life of a Warehouse Systems Coordinator

• Work as a team to achieve logistics goals by performing administrative tasks.
• Manage the arrival and departure times of drivers.
• Ensure the team of FLT drivers are unloading, storing and loading goods correctly and completing paperwork.
• Use GLOBE SAP WM system to create picking orders and manage workflow for trucks.
• Communicate with DOT and Supply Chain on timeliness and availability.
• Generate reports, manage risks, and improve efficiency.
• Process returns and coordinate with Inventory Controller.
• Maintain good communication with hauliers and keep warehouse clean.
• Promote a safe working environment
  
  Proven administration and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, consistently applies energy and enthusiasm to the job.
• Sound judgment and able to make decisions.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a demanding production environment.
• Applies a "can do" attitude and challenges and supports the team to do the same.
• Maintains effective working relationships with all team members.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Warehousing stock and scanning systems beneficial
