Full Job Description
- Ensure all tankers of raw milk and cream that arrive on site meet there booking time slot and have the correct paperwork.
- Weighbridge operation and completion of weighbridge transactions.
- Handling calls to the site, resolving or re-directing queries to the appropriate department.
- Completion of thorough handover for next shift.
Due to a well-deserved retirement, we're now seeking a Gatehouse Operative to join our friendly team at Bridgwater. We're looking for an experienced individual with a strong Customer Service focus and ability of championing safe working practices in line with our policies and guidelines., A positive attitude, taking an enthusiastic, pro-active approach, communicating effectively at all levels with customers and key stakeholders
- Display role-model behaviours, delivering a consistently excellent level of customer service in a timely, professional manner
- Well presented with a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Experience within a Gatehouse Operative / Security Officer role or similar
- Good organisational skills and ability to use own initiative
- Demonstrate an aptitude and desire to learn and develop
- Willingness to undertake appropriate training as necessary
- Experience and ability to use various IT systems
