Role overview: As a Demand Generation Manager within the Access Learning marketing squad, you will lead the development and execution of key marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand for our digital learning solutions. Reporting to the Divisional Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with marketing, go-to-market (GTM) teams, propositions, and sales to ensure the success of demand generation activities. Day-to-day, you will:
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers, supporting our global growth objectives. Manage inbound and outbound marketing channels, including events, email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, and social media.
- Develop continuous tactics and campaigns to ensure a steady flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and lead account-based marketing initiatives to engage target accounts throughout their buyer's journey. Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness while collaborating with media partners and stakeholders, including sales development representatives (SDR), to enhance conversion rates and resource success. Your skills and experiences might also include: Experience managing growth initiatives and campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record in digital demand generation marketing to drive sales and customer acquisition. Deep understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve online visibility. Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns and projects while employing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to optimise strategies.
- Proficient in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI, complemented by excellent verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills in a dynamic setting. Preferred Skills and Experience: Extensive marketing experience in both strategic planning and execution, with a strong understanding of media content and its application in the customer lifecycle. Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for engaging potential customers. Experience in edtech or corporate learning sectors within a B2B context. What are we all about?
