The Application Support Administrator role supporting the Property Management and Implementation Team will be responsible for portal configuration and administration, training of portal administration to internal and external clients, creative design of applications and external marketing materials, implementation of mobile and web applications for client use, and ongoing support to clients through various communication channels. This role also provides administrative support to a high performing team, including administration of digital tools. - Administration of web portal for Property Management specific mobile and web applications.
- Playing a critical role in the design, implementation and training of mobile and web applications being rolled out by CBRE to internal and external clients.
- Supporting the coordination of change management pieces of work, including the transition from one product to another.
- Administration of online tools, including MS Forms, MS Teams channels, Zendesk, Intercom, and Smartsheet, spreadsheets, Monday.com
- Troubleshooting and resolving simple inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.
- Assisting in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations. Researching and resolving routine support issues. Following-up to ensure open issues are resolved.
- Assisting in preparing user reference materials.
- Assisting and working with colleagues and partners operating in other global regions, often working in-line with different timezones from time to time for meetings and training.
- Producing communication and email templates in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, Figma, etc. utilizing Host or clients marketing requirements.
- Writing articulate, error-free processes and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions of portal administration to internal and external clients.
- Assisting in developing project plans and schedules, to achieve defined objectives.
- Assisting in communication of best practices, policies, procedures and initiatives to support operations. Helping to facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.
- Reviewing and monitoring department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts and partners to research and recommend best practices.
- Producing creative and visually pleasing marketing materials and application designs based on branding guidelines and requirements.
- Meeting strict deadlines.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Work experience related to platforms or apps is desired but not essential. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- A naturally patient and collaborative nature, to work with others of varying technical ability.
- An ability to quickly adapt to change in process, systems and tools used to manage day to day functions.
- Confidence to put forward your ideas and solutions for solving issues we may come up against in your region or globally.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Teams, Forms, Flow, PowerPoint and Publisher. Advanced capability with Adobe. Familiarity with Airtable, Monday.com, Figma, Intercom or Zendesk, and Smartsheet.
