We are looking for a marketing professional to plan and implement marketing campaigns for the Society for Endocrinology Group's (Society for Endocrinology and Bioscientifica) journals to increase usage and submissions by setting evidence-based campaign targets and ensuring we use the appropriate marketing channels. You will also oversee the design and production of journal marketing materials, monitoring each journal to ensure all budgets are adhered to and develop key messages for specific audiences. A confident communicator, you will feel at ease liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
With experience within a similar environment, you'll have a good understanding of marketing principles and have excellent copy writing skills and know how to convey messages to audiences. With a good eye for design, you will feel comfortable briefing external designers and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll have demonstrable experience with digital marketing channels and ideally knowledge of email marketing systems, as well as good working knowledge of MS Excel to manipulate and interpret data for reports. You'll be organised and able to multitask, working on several projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or service. Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience in STM publishing or a similar environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your marketing career with a company that will support your growth, so apply now!
If you are interested in this role but your past experience may not quite align with every requirement, we would strongly encourage you to apply. We are keen to find the best person for the job rather than ticking every box and we value unique perspectives and fresh ideas. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all team members feel valued, respected and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.

Join us in our mission to create lasting and meaningful change in our communities.
