Team Lead Vacancy
Hummingbird Care Home, Royston Road, TA3 7RE
We are a wonderfully kind and friendly team situated in a beautiful location.
NVQ L3 - £16 / hr
NVQ L2 - £14 / hr
We are an 18 bedded Residential Care Home providing permanent, respite, day care and domiciliary services; 8 miles from Taunton, Wellington and 11 miles from Honiton. We will consider NVQ L2 candidates, who will progress to a higher rate of pay upon completion of their NVQ L3.
The candidate must:
- Understand basic geriatric health conditions
- Communicate with other health care professionals
- Be confident
- Be organised (to meet daily objectives)
- Delegate to a small team
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have a hands-on approach
We are able to accept In-Country Sponsorship candidates with an NVQ 2 or above.
We do not provide accommodation (therefore, the candidate will need the use of a car to get to location.)
