We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Contracts Engineer to lead our customer service team at the Rotork Factory in Chadderton. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the highest level of customer service, manage key customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement across our service delivery operations. • Have experience of working in a customer service focussed environment
• Be able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer Service
• Successful in managing teams
The successful candidate:
• Good attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressure
• Has good communication skills and is customer focused
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the full
