Are you organized and detail-oriented? Looking for a Monday to Friday role at one of our manufacturing sites in either Skelmersdale , Oakenholt or Stubbins (Bury)? If so, our Engineering Stores Leader position could be your next career move! Reporting to the Project Manager, you will set and maintain standards across all 3 of our manufacturing sites, managing the warehouses and handling internal customer requests efficiently. We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk. In this role you will be responsible for;

• Safety Leadership: Being a role model for safety.
• System Management: Implementing and maintaining a system to store and distribute spare parts.
• Supplier Relations: Selecting suppliers and maintaining relationships to balance availability, quality, and cost.
• Team Leadership: Leading the team according to Essity processes, managing performance, and handling consequence management.
• Performance Monitoring: Introducing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for performance monitoring.
  
  Experience in obsolescence management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Working Capital reduction experience.
• Technical knowledge of warehouse operations and parts.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse and racking safety regulations.
