Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a portfolio of high-priority and complex business projects to successful completion. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish, while managing challenges and fostering collaboration.,

  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee projects from new product development through to successful execution, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
  • Champion continuous improvement efforts, ensuring processes are optimized for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships across stakeholder and project teams, utilizing organizational agility and conflict resolution skills to proactively address and mitigate potential issues.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and keeping everyone informed of project progress, risks, and recommendations.

    Education: A higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent work experience).
  • Functional: experience in project and process management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
  • Leadership: Ability to build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to develop effective, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
