This is an are where user groups can be complex, and the operational landscape can be challenging. You'll need to be able to navigate those stakeholder relationships and balance priorities.
As well as being well-versed in agile tools and techniques, for this role we are looking for direct experience of procurement, commercial and supplier management What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
- Experience in delivering within an agile multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills and creating a safe and supporting environment.
- Proactivity in taking ownership of work, leading a team to deliver effective results.
- Experience of coaching and developing others, taking ownership of your own development.
- Managing commercial arrangements and working with suppliers to deliver a high-quality product
