Full Job Description

- Collaborate with design and research teams to champion customer-centric development.

- Advocate for agile standard methodologies, supporting continuous delivery and improvement.
- Monitor product performance and return on investment, ensuring delivery meets both user expectations and business objectives.
- Engage in sprint planning and product ceremonies, championing product excellence and team momentum.
- Mentor product colleagues and support the evolution of the product lifecycle at British Airways.
Excels in navigating uncertain situations and is motivated by achieving results. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to simplify complexity.

- Deep product ownership expertise gained in complex, fast-paced environments - ideally in technology or travel-focused sectors.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and managing high-value, business-critical initiatives.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (e.g., APIs, React, CI/CD).
- Skilled in applying data and customer research to drive product decisions and innovation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog management.
