The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Primary responsibility for developing, defining, communicating and executing supply chain strategies and capabilities.
Lead multi-functional teams to support supply chain objectives based on business plans.
Coordinate supply, manufacturing and delivery systems to ensure the optimization of customer service, cost, inventories, quality, cycle time and delivery.
Develop the logistics and distribution strategy to ensure customer needs are met within cost and working capital standards.
Establishment and management of supply chain / logistics management policies and procedures.
Accountability for the Sales and Operations Planning process (SiOP) and the effective management of the master production planning and scheduling process.
Oversight of supply planning and ensuring demand is met.
Implement robust, best practices through active participation in the SIOP process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Management, Logistics Management, Materials Management, Engineering or related technical field.
APICS (CSCP) certification is highly beneficial.
A relevant level of leadership experience within Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics within a vertically integrated or similarly complex manufacturing environment and/or continuous process environment. Operations Management experience is strongly desired.
Strong people & organisational skills with proven ability to influence across a matrix organization. Able to handle multiple, competing priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in 1-to-1 situations and group settings including presentation skills will be required.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and working knowledge of ERP systems.
Proven implementation of successful continuous improvement disciplines across multiple manufacturing sites. Lean and Six Sigma experience strongly preferred.
A strong analytical thinker, capable of solving complex data driven problems.
Demonstrated ability to achieve desired outcomes and drive for valuable results.
Willing and able to travel according to business needs, primarily within Europe, with occasional global travel requirements.
