Full Job Description
- Leading, coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with Nordic clients as well as international clients transacting in the region
- Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key Nordic accounts
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
- In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers
Relevant Investment Banking experience across advisory and capital market products - Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM
- Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities and high levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak a Nordic language
- Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
