About the role

We are looking for an experienced construction professional with proven leadership skills that can create and develop a customer focussed high performing team. As Senior Property Business Partner you and your team will play a key role in translating service needs, developing business cases, and providing technical assurance to the Council's Capital Programme which drives a sustainable, innovative and efficient programme of delivery.

You'll provide Strategic Contract Management to our professional services contract, driving improvements, ensuring value for money whilst fostering an ethos of partnership working. From strategic estate planning to programme management, this is a dynamic, influential position that has the ability to lead the transformational change in capital programme delivery.

What we are looking for?

• Significant experience in construction project & programme delivery within a large, complex estate.


• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.


• Expertise in contract & financial management, ensuring compliance and best value.


• Technical knowledge of building regulations, procurement processes, and sustainability initiatives.
