• As multi skilled Plasterer, all allocated jobs are completed right first time, with a whole job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
• Plastering works across repairs, maintenance and property refurbishments.
• Delivering high-quality and compliant work.
• Multi skilling to improve first time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
• Working in our properties across the North East. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

• City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in plastering/ tiling or equivalent experience.
• Experienced plasterer within domestic housing
• Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
• A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
• A full current driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis) Salary £32,777 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan,
• Working Monday to Friday, you'll also be asked to take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues with an additional generous on call payment.
• You'll work in our properties in the North East. Our office base is in Belmont, Durham.
• You must be able to use technology for logging jobs, complete online learning and collaborating with other colleagues.
• You'll need a Basic DBS check done and we pay for that.
