Your Role, Your Impact As a Trainee Property Manager, we'd be looking for someone to join our business and is looking to develop their career in property management. As a Trainee Property Manager, you will initially assist in managing a smaller portfolio of properties and learn the key responsibilities required to become a successful property manager. You will receive mentorship and on-the-job training to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to progress within the role and will have the opportunity to progress into a Property Manager role upon successfully completing your training and demonstrating competency.,
• Assist in property inspections, ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.
• Start off by mirroring meetings with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and resolving disputes.
• Oversee and authorise all expenditure, ensuring financial control and value for customers, while reviewing service charge accounts and budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and databases.
• Work with credit control to manage debt effectively across your portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire safety, asbestos, and water hygiene controls.
  
  Must be able to drive and have your own transport, as the role involves regular travel to sites within your portfolio.
• Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and develop within the property sector.
