Full Job Description
+ Be able to apply different types of contracts to different situations
+ Assist in the selection of and negotiation with specialist contractors for a construction project
+ Assist in the measurement and costing of construction works during a project
+ Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash flow and cost forecasts for a construction project
+ Assist in the collection, collation and storage of relevant data and its analysis, We build more than homes, we're making Vistry. + 4 GCSEs A-C/4-9. Two of these must be Maths and English
+ A minimum of a Level 3 qualification. For example, NVQ or diploma Level 3 or equivalent / T Level / BTEC Diploma or 2 A Levels (minimum grade D or above)
+ A genuine interest in developing your career within our commercial function
+ Well organised and IT Literate
+ Professional communication style with the ability to work within a team of varying seniority within the business
+ Full UK driving licence (desirable)
