Taking around 35 inbound calls a day, helping customers purchase new appliances
You'll have a consultative approach, finding out what customers are looking for and why they need a new appliance
Confidently build rapport to create a long lasting impression and gain customers trust
Processing orders along with upselling and cross-selling
Making sure our customers are protected by offering our AO Care insurance plan, The data will never have any bearing on whether an application is successful or not and will not be available to hiring managers at any stage.

Competitive basic salary of £11,140
Uncapped commission which we can back up - this year the team took home around £5k average commission!
Saturday and Sunday between 8am-5pm
