Full Job Description
To support the Transport compliance department by carrying out various administration duties.,
- Maintain a full knowledge of operational procedures in relation to Transport.
- Ensure Legislation is adhered to.
- Assist the FTM and TCM to ensure that required company compliance standards are always abided to, with relevant evidence as required
- Ensure vehicle servicing is booked and relevant depts. are aware of bookings
- Update fleet planners as required
- Assist Transport Compliance manager with any reasonable tasks
- Update daily any relevant transport KPIS
- Maintain a transparent filing system accessible to all.
- Support other sections of Transport and Transport Administration as and when required.
- Ensure your nominated holiday cover is fully apprised of any changes to existing practices.
- Maintain office housekeeping/hygiene, including regular cleansing and archiving of computer and hard paper files.
- Advise Supervisor/Manager of any instance requiring special action.
- Maintain standards in accordance with the Health & Safety policy
