We are looking for a QA Technician to join our dedicated team and help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your Role: As a QA Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving high-quality product and packaging standards
• Conducting compliance checks on finished products, raw materials, and packaging
• Performing gas, pH, weight, label, and sensory testing
• Preparing samples for chemical and microbiological analysis
• Assisting with corrective actions following non-conformances
• Conducting allergen, CCP, and production compliance checks
• Performing environmental swabbing, water testing, and temperature monitoring
• Supporting production teams to ensure adherence to food safety and quality procedures

• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance role within food manufacturing
• Good understanding of BRC regulations, HACCP, and food safety legislation
• Qualifications: Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, Level 1/2 HACCP (preferred but not essential)
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible attitude
