We are a Family run, CQC OUTSTANDING company based in Comeytrowe. Founded in 2013, we support individuals around the local community to maintain their independence in their home environment. Our Care team are very experienced in providing care which ensures they can support you with your clients on a more personal level.
What does a Care Professional do?
- Provide evening care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being.
- Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
- Build strong friendships through having a kind, caring and compassionate nature- these values are at the core of all of our staff.
Guaranteed hours and salaried positions available- From Part- time- Full Time

We cover a small area which means you spend more time caring than travelling
Set Rotas- So you always know when you are working and enjoy a positive work/life balance.
A personalised Mentor Scheme- we will match you with an existing Care professional to complete your shadow visits for as long as you need until you feel comfortable to complete solo visits.
Minimum of 1 hour Visits - we don't believe good care can be delivered in less time
Excellent Pay from £12.50PH plus double pay on bank holidays.
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
