An additional minimum of £4,200 (on call money) on top of salary (1 week a month on call)

Have experience of delivering different types of therapeutic interventions to children/young people and/or families with a proven track record of making positive changes to their lives
Influence positive changes in various social systems that contribute to anti-social behaviours in children and young people
Experience in understanding and the ability to address and minimize those drivers to negative behaviour in reducing possibility of care, juvenile criminal activity and permanent exclusion to education.
To have the ability to engage and overcome barriers to families with complex problems and professionals who may not align in a systemic approach., You must hold a professional qualification in Social Work, Youth Offending, Mental Health, Psychology, Counselling
You must have demonstrable experience of working with serious anti-social behaviours in children and young people
You must be able to deliver behaviourally based approached implementing interventions within and across systems
You must be able to manage complex situations whilst being able to hold professional responsibility for decision making and risk management You must have excellent skills in communicating with and influencing other professionals.
