Your expertise will be essential in helping to clear a backlog of CHC reviews across multiple nursing homes, directly improving the quality of care for some of the most vulnerable patients. Key Requirements:

RGN qualification with significant CHC assessment experience
Deep understanding of CHC eligibility criteria and review processes
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proactive approach to managing and reducing review backlogs
Conduct thorough CHC reviews for patients with existing funding, verifying their continued eligibility and ensuring compliance with CHC standards.
