Full Job Description
Join our dynamic and friendly team as a College Receptionist, where no two days are the same. We're looking for someone who can provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all who visit or contact the college. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in representing the college. Day-to-day you'll:
- respond to student, parent, employer and visitor enquiries in person, by phone and over email, providing clear information with professionalism and approachability.
- support a range of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records and efficient systems are maintained.
- provide support at key events such as open evenings and enrolment days, working closely with colleagues across College. If you have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you!
