Full Job Description

Following internal promotion of the current post holder we seek a competent and highly motivated individual for the position of Medical Workforce Rota Coordinator to provide a high quality, customer focused service to Clinical Business Units across the Trust., The position is responsible for the day to day management of weekly working junior medical staff rotas. The position plays a key role in ensuring the Trust delivers against the quality agenda by managing the appropriate use of temporary medical staff; this requires an enthusiastic, diligent and process-driven team player.

Possession of the requisite knowledge and strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role. Additionally, excellent communication skills will assist the post-holder in maintaining regular contact with junior and senior medical staff, Medical Staffing Rota Co-ordinators and Clinical Business Unit Management teams.

Experience in managing and supporting medical rotas is desirable for this position.
