Full Job Description

This role is a unique opportunity to join a growing events team, working as part of the event sales team on our exciting event within the beauty sector - The Beauty Show. What you'll be doing... The Beauty Show launched in September 2024 and was a huge success - as such we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Account Director, who will sell stand space and sponsorship. There is also the opportunity to manage the Account Executive who will support you in achieving the stand sales target for The Beauty Show. You will be responsible for delivering the commercial strategy for The Beauty Show. You will be focused on securing sponsors' and brands' participation. You will be making connections, building strong relationships, pitching, negotiating, and securing the sales. You will need to visible at relevant events raising awareness and creating sales leads.

  • Target-driven salesperson who is self-motivated, and who loves to win.
  • Demonstrate success in sales
  • You will already be within a sales role on consumer events or exhibitions
  • You will need to pick up the phone, make new connections, build relationships, pitch, negotiate, and close business.
  • Manage the pipeline document
  • Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Present as professional and trustworthy
  • Ensure the event has a good spectrum of exhibitors
  • Committed, engaged, and motivated
  • Able to demonstrate beauty industry knowledge and client contact base

    The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £60,000 This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
