Youll play a key role in empowering them to live fulfilled and happy lives., Our Activities Coordinators organise creative and fun activities for the people we support. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• organisingindividual activity plansbased on peoples unique goals and interests
• fostering community spirit throughgroup activities
• supporting people to maintain their current, and take up new,hobbies, interests and educational opportunities
• assisting people to become more involved in theirlocal community
• celebrating nationalawareness days, holidays and individual/collective achievements
• promoting choice,dignityand independence.

When open, Lepton Heights will support adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. Although the home is set to open in January 2025, youll begin a tailored induction one month prior. This will give you the opportunity to learn about the company, meet your colleagues and complete your training, so you're fully prepared when the home officially opens.
