Full Job Description

o Improving patient experience by being a sole point of contact for patients and their families, providing support and information throughout the entire CUP cancer pathway. o Reducing patient cancellations and DNAs (Did Not Attends), therefore speeding up patients' progress through the optimal lung pathway. o Increase in compliance with key cancer waiting time targets', including ensuring every patient referred for the investigation of suspected cancer finds out, within 28 days, whether they do or do not have a cancer diagnosis. o To improve patient experience when trying to contact other services with the cancer team.
