Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated leader with previous management experience to work as part of the Radiology management team in this busy Imaging department., As part of this role, you will need to develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders' and engage with them to improve services and help the department achieve various national targets.

You will need to develop an in-depth working knowledge of all the pathways and workflows within the department. Experience of handling urgent escalations is essential as is the ability to multi-manage the various areas whilst working under pressure in a calm and collaborative manner., o Excellent communication skillso Flexibility and self-motivationo Problem solving skillso Ability to understand and pull relevant data from spread sheetso Track record of a meeting targets and deadlineso Ability to work as part of a teamo Previous experience of working with the publico Good customer care skills
