Full Job Description

Provide a full range of administrative support to the Safeguarding and Student Services teams to enable the service to provide excellent and timely support for all students.
Deal with routine correspondence and enquiries from learners, parents, outside agencies and College staff, referring on to appropriate specialist staff in accordance with college procedures.
To support and provide an administrative service for student safeguarding files upholding confidentiality at all times.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled Administrator - Safeguarding and Student Services. The role will be worked over 40 weeks per year, the pro rata salary £20,464.94 per annum. Strong interpersonal skills with customer service experience.
Experience of accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
Well organised with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages., Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
Administrative qualification or equivalent experience., You will be comfortable talking and engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Be a highly organised, collaborative and enthusiastic team player.
You will have a keen interest in your industry and willing to undergo further training and development.
You will have a passion for imparting knowledge and skills.
