We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our hospice services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centred care while fostering innovation and collaboration across health and social care boundaries., Provide strong leadership and management to the CNS team ensuring high standards of patient-centred care are consistently delivered.

Act as a key figure in the development and enhancement of palliative care services, fostering innovation and ensuring services align with local and national guidelines.

Strengthen integration across health and social care boundaries, working with partners to deliver seamless and effective care for patients and families.

Serve as a role model for clinical and professional excellence, maintaining a balance between direct patient care and strategic responsibilities.

Promote a culture of learning and excellence through education, training, and reflective practice.

To develop as a Clinical Practitioner and contribute to the on-call rota
