Full Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is confident in working autonomously carrying out clinical consultations, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and medication through prescribing. In addition, your experience will provide management and leadership to the teams delivering urgent treatment and enhanced access services. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, The role is central in developing and managing highly specialised programmes of care and provides specialised advice concerning care beyond the scope of normal clinical practice e.g., establishes differential diagnoses, management/treatment plans and makes referrals as appropriate you will be facilitating the development of clinical practice through research and education of the multidisciplinary team. Evaluate care through quality assurance initiatives and assessment of clinical outcome you will look to take every opportunity to promote the health of patients and initiate health education strategies as necessary.
