Advanced Clinical Practitioner - Priors Field Surgery

The role will primarily be based at Priors Field Surgery in Sutton, with occasional clinics and meetings at St Marys Surgery in Ely.,

• Advanced roles: 1 ANP, 1 ACP, 1 APP (Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner).
• Nursing team: 13 nurses and 7 HCAs, led by a Clinical Nurse Manager.
• In-house professionals: physiotherapist, clinical pharmacist, pharmacy technicians, social prescriber, health and wellbeing coaches.
• Supportive management team, including IT manager and trained dispensary staff (part dispensing practice).

• Advanced Practitioner Qualification (ideally at Masters level).
• Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt to daily demands.
• Strong critical thinking and safe clinical decision-making skills.
• Expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care evaluation.
• Capability to perform home visits for housebound patients and those in care homes.
