Full Job Description

As an After-School Club Leader, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for our pupils after the school day. You will support a range of activities that foster learning, creativity, and social development while ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.,

  • Supervise children during after-school sessions, ensuring their safety and welfare at all times.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities, including crafts, games, and quiet study time.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Promote good behaviour and uphold the school's policies and values.
  • Assist with setting up and tidying away activities and maintaining a clean, organised environment.

    The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working with primary-aged children (this can be in a school, club, or similar setting).
  • A friendly, patient and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
