Full Job Description

Aim: To provide in person academic engagement support for a male learner in Year 11, Extra info: Online is not an option for this role. This opportunity requires an educator with strong experience supporting disengaged learners and those with PDA, EBSA, ASD and ADHD. We are looking for a patient, motivational and engaging educator who will be able to accommodate their teaching to the learners exact requirements and deliver bespoke tuition. This male learner in Year 11 will need support accessing and engaging with core GCSE subjects and having the content simplified and tailored to his ability. Supporting him when he becomes dysregulated and unable to identify suitable strategies to combat this. Supporting with filling in the gaps in his knowledge, answering questions clearly and concisely, managing homework and/or coursework, and re-stablishing a love for learning.
