The result is a new way of embracing risk that drives superior results., The role is for an Analyst - Broking within our Financial Solutions Trade Credit team, based in London. This role will involve working in the trade credit team focussing on a broad range of activities that include providing administrative support to the team, new business development activities, and client servicing. Hybrid working to be considered.,

  • Support the team with a range of administrative and system related tasks, including working extensively with CRM, Broking Platform, DMS and the billing system.
  • Contribute to the delivery of our new business strategy and targets within the Trade Credit Team, including preparing sales presentations.
  • Actively participate in new business activities with the intention of winning new clients.
  • Develop relationships with WTW colleagues within the broader WTW network to unlock trade credit opportunities.
  • Take responsibly for client account management; including placement strategy, general query management, credit limit facilitation, claims handling and expanding client relationships.
  • Working with existing clients to review their existing programmes, presenting best possible solutions.
  • Completion of formal client documentation in accordance with the relevant compliance procedures; preparing broking documentation (e.g. confirmation of cover and endorsements) and working with the various WTW systems to ensure clients receive the maximum benefit from WTW's technology offering.
  • Attend and present at industry events and conferences, when necessary.
  • Develop good working relationships with the trade credit insurers in the region.
  • Support the team in accurate budgeting, forecasting and tracking of revenue.
  • Coordinating and streamlining management information for the team.

    Educated to Degree level.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills essential
  • A keen interest in trade, risk and politics.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, oral & presentation) skills and interpersonal skills essential
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where lateral thinking, initiative, self-motivation and decision-making skills are crucial
  • Good use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Power BI skills would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of credit Insurance and the UK trade credit carriers advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
  • Strong team player with good people skills and leadership potential and an overwhelming desire to provide excellent service to clients and prospects.
