Apprentice Supervisor - Bristol

Job Title: Apprentice SupervisorSalary: 11.65 Per HourLocation: Bristol, BS14 0DEReporting to: Operations ManagerHours/working pattern: 30 Hours per week We're currently recruiting an Apprentice Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Here's what you need to know before applying with Compass Group UK&I: On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the L3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship and become a qualified Supervisor. Please note, due to contractual requirements successful candidates will be required to pass a DBS Check Required and must be aged 18+. Your key responsibilities will include:

• To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
• To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times
• To demonstrate a can do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
• To maximise all sales opportunities through selling techniques
• To accept payment and give change to customers, including operating a till
• To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice
• To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager.
