Key jobresponsibilities
- Ensure APUK's payment activitiescomply with all legal and regulatory requirements by monitoringbusiness activities and regulatory change
- Advise onregulatory requirements and develop compliance plans for newbusiness initiatives
- Develop, document, and maintaincompliance policies and procedures
- Deliver complianceawareness and training to the business
- Prepare reportsfor internal governance committees
- Review, challengeand approve risk records, policy breaches, and escalation items
- Collaborate with business leads to respond to auditorand regulator inquiries

BASICQUALIFICATIONS - Experience in compliance, audit or riskmanagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
-Experience developing and implementing of standards, policies andprograms or equivalent
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS - Significant regulatory complianceexperience in financial services or payments
- Deepunderstanding of Payment Services Regulations and related FCAcompliance areas like Consumer Duty, Complaints Handling andSafeguarding
- Proven ability to lead compliance strategyand regulatory engagement
- Experience of deliveringresults through collaboration
- Excellent communication,influencing, and presentation skills
- Strong analyticaland problem-solving
- Resilience and adaptability tothrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurialenvironment
